Women, Wine, and Self Defense
Join Fit to Fight Black Belt, Angela Meyer, and the 202 FightStrong program for an evening of Women’s Self Defense. Grab a friend or or come alone, for a safe, fun, challenging and transformative experience, in an all female environment. This workshop will expand your physical, emotional and mental limits, while teaching you basic techniques and skills that will build your confidence and strength as a woman in DC. No previous experience is required, just the willingness to sweat, the desire to be a more confident YOU, and the promise that change will happen. Oh, and there is free wine after.

Join Angela Meyer, and Warrior Woman Republic, for a 4 hour intensive experience geared towards Yogis who want to take their Asana practice to the next level, integrating Martial Arts and Self Defense, becoming more powerful, balanced and action oriented.

Breakfast club/ small group women's self defense
Interested in becoming a badass in a small group all female environment? Join Angela Meyer and other committed women, to train in Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, and Self Defense, Wednesdays 6:30-7:30am. Not only will you learn Martial Arts, become stronger mentally, emotionally, soulfully and physically, you will also make some deep connections and have morning “sweat church” with other fierce women.
