Join us and like minded women, for 7 days, of intense training in Self Defense, through the Fit to Fight system, at Jungles Edge Retreat Center in Nosara, Costa Rica. Led by Fit to Fight Black Belt,Yoga Teacher, Fighter, Buddhist Chaplain, End of life care Counselor, Angela Meyer and Chris Torres,  owner of NFlux Self Defense, 2nd Degree Fit to Fight Black Belt, MMA world champion, and son/brother of a single mom and three sisters. This training will equip you with practical and effective Self Defense skills both standing, on the ground, and everywhere in between. You will be more capable to defend yourself and set boundaries in all areas of your life. ach day will consist of a 3 hour morning  session, blending physical and psychological elements of self defense.  You will have the rest of the day to enjoy the beauty of Nosara and all the adventure that awaits. 

No previous experience is required, only the willingness to learn, grow, connect and kickass!

You will be cradled in a safe, supportive all female environment, to tap your own personal edge, ride your redline, expand your limbic threshold, and perhaps realize you have much more strength than you ever imagined.
